Jalan Crossland plays on PAPER BARN. Long a fan of his unpredictable non-linear show-stopping guitar playing, he also has the gentle understated touch of a master. We sat down together on afternoon at Thunderground Sound Studio and ran through this song a few times and Dan recorded it in one take, I think. We were trying to capture the sound of sitting around a campfire playing tunes with a friend, albeit one of your best guitar-playing friends.
